About the Program

For many EWS families, securing a school admission isn’t just about filing an application—it’s about overcoming hurdles like rejected forms, unclear eligibility rules, and outright school denials. To address these challenges, JOSH runs EWS Samasya Samadhan, dedicated grievance redressal camps that provide legal assistance, advocacy support, and hands-on guidance to ensure every eligible child gets their rightful seat in school.

Beyond individual cases, JOSH actively works with government officials to streamline the admission process, pushing for better policy implementation. By standing with families and challenging systemic barriers, this initiative transforms educational rights into real opportunities for underprivileged children.
