About the Program
Our mentorship program connects young girls with experienced social workers at JOSH. By engaging in real-world social work, they gain hands-on experience in community engagement, policy advocacy, and project management, preparing them to lead impactful initiatives in their communities.
Mentorship builds self-confidence and decision-making skills, ensuring young leaders have the practical knowledge and guidance needed to create sustainable social change. Through this initiative, JOSH cultivates a network of informed and proactive leaders.
