About the Program

JOSH nurtures young changemakers by equipping them with knowledge in gender rights, legal aid, social work, and digital advocacy. Through interactive workshops, girls develop leadership skills, gain confidence, and learn to use social media as a tool for activism, amplifying their voices to drive social change.

This program encourages youth to take initiative in community-led projects, fostering a sense of responsibility and civic engagement. By mentoring and guiding young leaders, JOSH is shaping a generation that will advocate for equality, social justice, and inclusive development.
