Shiksha Sahayak
About the Program
Many government school students struggle with academics due to limited teacher availability and overcrowded classrooms. To bridge this gap, JOSH runs Shiksha Sahayak, deploying tuition volunteers under the Vidyanjali scheme to provide much-needed academic support. These volunteers help students grasp difficult subjects, reinforce classroom learning, and build confidence in their abilities.
Beyond academics, they serve as mentors and motivators, guiding students through challenges and inspiring them to pursue their education with determination. Through this initiative, JOSH ensures that learning doesn’t stop in the classroom—it grows stronger with personalized support.
