At JOSH, we believe that true empowerment goes beyond just technical skills—it starts with confidence, communication, and leadership.
Jasiya is 21 and started her journey with JOSH three years ago. In the beginning, her family didn’t let her be part of the program. But instead of walking away, she stood her ground and convinced them.
She faced criticism and doubt but stayed strong. Her hard work and courage helped her become a strong part of JOSH and a leader in her community. Now, she not only participates but leads. She supports other girls, encourages them to dream big, and proves that no challenge is too big if you believe in yourself.
Her journey is proof that one small “yes” to yourself can change everything.
